CRM-ish

How can we help?

Straightforward help for setup, iCloud synchronization, coworker invitations, contact capture, and data portability.

System requirement iOS 17 or later

Quick answers

Sync status says offline

Confirm the iPhone is online and signed into iCloud, then open More → Sync and tap Sync now.

A coworker cannot join

Confirm both people have a compatible CRM-ish version, are signed into iCloud, and open the newest invitation link.

Need a backup

Open More → Data portability and select Export complete archive.

Camera does not open

Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow CRM-ish access.

Getting started

On first launch, CRM-ish checks iCloud for an existing or shared workspace. If none exists, onboarding will help you create a workspace and first event. You can then create contacts from Home or the Contacts tab.

An Apple Account signed into iCloud is required for synchronization and workspace collaboration. CRM-ish keeps a local cache so temporary iCloud interruptions should not prevent basic local use.

Synchronizing with iCloud

  1. Confirm the iPhone has an internet connection.
  2. Confirm the device is signed into iCloud and iCloud Drive is enabled.
  3. In CRM-ish, open More.
  4. Under Sync, tap Sync now.

The status should change to Synced with iCloud. If it does not, include the exact status message when contacting support.

Inviting a coworker

Only the workspace owner can invite additional people.

  1. Open More → Workspace.
  2. Tap Invite coworkers to manage invitations, or AirDrop or share invite link.
  3. Send the invitation using AirDrop, Messages, Mail, or Copy.
  4. The recipient installs CRM-ish, signs into iCloud, and opens the invitation link.

To remove access, return to the coworker access list. Follow-ups assigned to a removed participant are moved to Unassigned.

Taking photos and scanning contact QR codes

Inside a contact, choose Take Photo, Scan Contact QR, or Choose Existing Photo. Camera permission is requested only when a camera feature is used. QR details are placed into the contact form so you can review them before saving.

CRM-ish does not read the device address book. QR results vary because conference badges and QR generators do not all use the same contact format.

Importing and exporting

Open More → Data portability to:

Reimporting the same archive updates matching records by their internal identifiers instead of creating duplicates.

Deleting and restoring information

Export a complete archive first if you may need the information later.

Contact support

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, CRM-ish version, the exact Sync status, and steps to reproduce the issue. Please do not send confidential contact records or unredacted screenshots.
